Fortunately, in my early path to recovery, I crossed paths with Deepak Chopra and the training at the Chopra Center of Perfect Health the Ayurvedic Lifestyle - I was able to quickly apply these techniques - that have been working for over 5,000 years - of mind-body balance to my own life that was being transformed to one of health by harmony. Although I do have another day job as President of Empowered Products, I was so inspired by Perfect Health, I proudly became a certified instructor.
