CIRCULATION - Our Body's Life Force to Feed a Vibrant Mind
CIRCULATION - Lessons to Expand Nourishment by Blood Flow

Your Alignment with the Sun's expanding influence

In our Sun-Moon Cycle for Step 2 - the rising sun is expanding its influence over the continued waning moon as you reach your Mid Morning transition point. As the sun is rising towards it’s midday highpoint, your internal flows of air, energy and optimism can also rise simultaneously.

Mid-Morning Circulation

The Essential Mind-Body Balancer for Step 2 is CIRCULATION. As with breathing, your circulatory system sustains life only when it is functioning in constant harmony. Any blockages quickly result in illness and even death. At mid-morning, perhaps at the office, a boost to your circulation expands the nourishment from your breakfast throughout your body and, equally as important, flushes non-productive and distractive thoughts from your mind.

Aroma of Ashwagandha for the Mind

For the aromatherapy to calm the mind, we use Ashwagandha as our Ayurvedic aroma to increase Circulation - the aroma of Ashwagandha also aligns our nervous system - And Ashwagandha has been used as a sexual enhancer and an aphrodisiac for both men and women for thousands of years - it's name in Sanskrit means "the smell of a horse" for the strength of a stallion. So increasing circulation has more than just one mind-body benefit.

Touch of Ginkgo for the Body

For the touch-therapy to nourish the body, we use Ginkgo as our primary Ayurvedic herbal rub - for Circulation - Ginkgo is well known for improving memory and to help people think more clearly - this is accomplished by boosting Circulation that increases the blood supply to the brain which expands the brain's ability to utilize oxygen and energy sources.

TIME as Your Teacher of Circulation

Our Step 2 Designator - continues to enhance your Relationship with TIME - with just one good decision, we gain our second 0:90 seconds of the day to practice our Ayurvedic Love of Self. If you happen to be at the office, that good decision could be to avoid the break-room and the office gossip session to find yourself a nice quiet bathroom, or again, even a closet to perform your mid-morning Circulation therapy - then get ready to enter the boardroom with a fresh mind sharpened by clarity and a body nourished with vitality.

CIRCULATION - Formulated to Flush out Toxins and Toxic Thoughts

Affirmation of Your Expanding Nourishment

Our application of Step 2, once again, starts with our vital ingredient - Love of Self for CIRCULATION - the moment for this Essential Mind-Body Balancer is mid-morning or anytime that you've been working and/or sitting for at least a few hours since your early-morning Rejuvenation. In the practice of Ayurveda, stagnation is avoided in favor of expanding flow which sets our Step-2 Affirmation, "Circulation expands nourishment to my body and flushes toxic thoughts from my mind." Saying this affirmation fuels your vitality for a productive stretch leading to lunch.

Expanding Circulation by Self-Empowering Abhyanga

Once again - Let's Walk Through This Together as we actually apply OUR COMMITMENT to mind-body harmony that makes Empowered Wellness all our Destinies - Place a quarter-sized dab of Circulation on the inside of your wrist and hold it together lightly with the inside of your other wrist. Now, Gently repeat after me "Circulation expands nourishment to my body and flushes toxic thoughts from my mind"

While silently holding this affirmation in your forethought, begin to gently and slowly circle the inside of your wrists together - observe where you start to feel the Ginkgo in your body to focus on the increase in blood flow carrying more oxygen to your brain - observe your veins and notice a slight rise in the temperature of your skin - Next, open your wrists like a book to deeply inhale the aroma of Ashwagandha - you can taste it's woody peppery flavor - make note of the neuro association that arises in your mind - is it pleasant? Perhaps you can visualize that strength of a stallion and its vitality coursing through both your mind and body

With continued focus on the flow of your breath, follow my self-massage process - called Abhyanga in the Sanskrit language of Ayurveda - pivot the wrists so your fingers stroke the opposite forearm - then pull your hands together and move both up to massage your neck and behind your ears - enjoying the stimulation from your own skin's pharmacy - as you improve your circulation - until the Circulation formula absorbs.
